Tic Tac Two

a small quickly remade game of the paper version introduced to me by Vsauce (they call it super tic tac toe which i dont like and think my name to it fits its better as if its like the second version of the universally know tic tac toe, now we have tic tac two), its somewhat fun but its a burden to redraw the whole thing everytime so thats why i made it, all rules and instructions can be found in Vsauce's video
